Students' Mobility

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To promote the mobility of students of all educational programs in Universidad Autónoma del Carmen supporting the implementation of academic stays in our country and abroad.
MISSION
Manage, facilitate and develop relations with national and international universities to strengthen the training of students in a higher academic performance to have a chance to experience and apply their knowledge and skills in multicultural contexts.
VISION
Support the strengthening of the overall education to ensure equitable opportunities for participation in national and international educational mobility model.
~Some requirements:
*Have completed 50 % of the credits
*Minimum GPA of 85
*Have selected at least two options (Universities)
*Request letters of recommendation from the Director of the faculty
*Kardex score
The Universidad Autónoma del Carmen has many conventions with different universities where students can apply for.
~ Agreements with other institutions:
The Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAEM), through the Language Faculty represented by the director Manuel Alfredo Garduño Oropeza and the Educational Sciences Faculty in the Universidad Autónoma del Carmen (UNACAR) represented by the director Amada Eulogio Vargas have signed the agreement in Toluca, State of Mexico, on October, 1st 2009.
~ The objectives of the agreement are:
- To Establish academic exchange programs.
- To create exchange programs for student and teacher's mobility.
- To join research projects.
The Universidad Autónoma Baja California (UABC), represented by Rector Felipe Cuamea Velázquez and the Universidad Autónoma del Carmen (UNACAR), represented by Professor Sergio Augusto López Peña signed the agreement.
- Establish exchange programs of students, teachers and researchers.
- Organize courses, seminars and conferences.
- Exchanging academic bibliographic material.
- Exchange of academic teaching material.
