MISSION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
The educational program proposes to train students through educational experiences in which to participate in academic activities, psychosocial, cultural and technological integrating them to its daily and professional life in order to enhance their cognitive, affective, capacities for creation and socialization of knowledge, promoting the learning, problem-solving and educational intervention processes, thus contributing to improve the quality of education in the national and international context.
VISION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Develop individuals with vocational training to competent national and international level according to the quality standards required by the agencies of international education, with high social commitment, ethical, responsible in the training of academic and social other individuals. Competent in performing diagnostics and educational proposals based on the research, connoisseurs of the processes that allow direct learning, teamwork, innovate, that use the technology and committed to the protection and improvement of the environment.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To train professionals with knowledge of the educational phenomenon at national and international levels to design proposals those affect the solution of educational problems in their region and their country context. With humanistic skills and training, enabling them to participate in innovative, relevant and quality education projects, sustained in its research capacity, critical thinking, use of technology and strong social commitment.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- Promote education graduates, the foundations of a comprehensive educational process, humanistic, artistic and technical instruments that enable the development of generic skills necessary for participation in education and sense.
- Develop skills that enable graduates education epistemological approaches, axiological, sociological and educational psychology as well as in the practice of the educational process. Defining the attitudes, skills and relationships of the profession.
- Strengthen the comprehensive training of graduates in education, by defining tasks requiring professional skills, attitudes and specific relations. Orienting the qualities towards the construction of specific knowledge in the educational phenomenon, to continuing education in the field of Education providing updated as practice and continuing professional development.
